I’ve always had a deep interest in health and nutrition. It wasn’t a straight path. I never dieted in the traditional sense. I was always searching for the most nourishing, sustainable way to eat. But things finally started to click when I began learning, reading, and living in ways that aligned more with how our ancestors thrived for generations.

What I found wasn’t a new trick — it was a return to simplicity. Whole foods. Movement. Sunlight. Rest. A mindset of curiosity and consistency over perfection.

I’m also a teacher at heart. After more than 30 years in education, guiding and supporting others is in my blood. Now I get to combine that love of teaching with my passion for wellness — helping women cut through the confusion and build sustainable health, one step at a time.

Through my 21-Day Metabolic Reboots, I offer an approachable way to begin. 21 days may sound small, but it’s more than enough to spark real momentum — and show you that a healthier life is possible.
